It may feel like we’ve only just said goodbye to Summer but we’re already working on Christmas events! Whether you’re looking for a custom photo experience or an interactive video activation, we’ve got you covered. The run up to Christmas for us is spent building the most fantastic experiences in shopping centres, at awards ceremonies, seasonal pop-up attractions (and even at a Reindeer Lodge!) and this year we’re doubly excited since Christmas 2020 was spent in lockdown.

We work with Portable North Pole to create the official PNP virtual sleigh ride which has been installed in London’s John Lewis, Oxford Street, Water Tower Place in Chicago and Providence Place, Rhode Island. Santa guides shoppers on a magical ride through the night sky, while the PNO elves sends them a video of their ride to share with friends and family (with a little help from us!).

We have also created interactive green-screen photo experiences at a Reindeer farm, with a choice of reindeer and sleigh, or Santa’s grotto virtual backgrounds. After guests had their photos taken, they could customise their own background before purchasing prints and sharing their festive snaps on social media. From order to installation, in under 2 weeks!

150 Virtual Events!

We reached a milestone over the weekend with an amazing 150 virtual events in the bag! Back in early lockdown, we took our services online and have since helped 150 clients to connect with people all over the world. From to employee engagement to virtual weddings and everything in between, we’ve got it covered.

Video Booths for Local Government.

Local authorities and government departments use our systems to engage with the public at various locations and events, for example at public consultations, to capture feedback at open days and events, as part of broader campaigns, such as listening projects, to have another point of council contact at reception areas within council offices and in libraries and museums.

Our systems are inclusive and can have different language options and audio prompts. We also offer reduced height VideoKiosk for wheelchair users.

Social Distancing: The Move to Online Events Prompts us to Create the World’s First Virtual Video Booth.

Today, we announced the launch of the world’s first Virtual Video Booth! Developed in response to social distancing, the Virtual Video Booth enables businesses to capture attendee feedback, ideas and questions as they move their events online. The system works just like the our traditional video booths used at conferences, launches and consumer events all over the world – but is now entirely online.

The Virtual Video Booth helps to engage and create inclusive relationships with audiences, making them feel part of an online event. It also creates content – at this time, when we’re forced to be apart, user-generated content from real people is of unquestionable value.

We’re making this available free of charge to any of our clients who had Video Booth hires already booked prior to lockdown. We’re now launching this on a wider scale so anybody with an upcoming event can subscribe on a pay-per-event basis.
